Leading The Unleadable

Don't just put up with your difficult employees and volunteers. Turn them into the tremendous team players everyone wants them to be!

 Enroll Here

Every manager has to deal with difficult employees. However, what separates great managers is their ability to turn them into productive team players.

Control freaks. Narcissists. Slackers. Cynics. Their outbursts, irrational demands, gripes, and countless other disruptions need to be dealt with, and you are the unlucky one with that job description.

This leadership course turns this seemingly difficult chore into a straightforward process that gently, yet effectively, improves behaviors. It begins with understanding a core truth: most people want to contribute results, not cause headaches. When the manager resets to that fundamental principle, the potential for change can reveal itself in even the most hopeless situations

The Leading the Unleadable Leadership Course meets on Wednesdays, noon to 1:00 p.m., from March 20th to May 8th, at ethOs Small Business Incubator in Marion.

Facilitated by Russell Williams, Maxwell Leadership Team Coach & Founding Director of ethOs @ The Citadel

Enrollment is $250 per participant,  ethOs coworking members and Marion Chamber of Commerce members receive a discounted rate.

The group is limited to 12 enrolled participants. The book Leading The Unleadable by Alan Willett is required.
