Discover Your Authentic Leadership
This course will be from 12:00 - 1:00 pm on Wednesday, from January 22 to March 19, 2025 (No meeting on March 12 due to spring break).
This leadership course will guide you in discovering your "True North" - who you are - and how to find your leadership purpose to navigate today's complexities. You will learn how to lead your organization authentically through never-ending crises to make this world a better place for everyone.
Become an authentic leader, equipped to lead inclusively with moral clarity through challenges and crises
Cultivate regular introspection to ground yourself with self-awareness, live your values, and use your unique strengths
Integrate all aspects of your life―including who you are at home, at work, and in the community
Understand how Millennials are leading more effectively in today’s world
Be an inclusive leader prepared to take on fraught issues like stakeholder challenges, racial and sexual equality, and sexual misconduct
Know when―and how―leaders should speak out on today’s complex public issue

Enrollment is $250 per participant. Coworking and Chamber of Commerce members, students, and veterans receive a special enrollment rate.
Course is limited to 12 enrolled participants. The book True North: Emerging Leader Edition by Bill George and Zach Clayton is required.
